Madison Boucher is an Associate Attorney at Assalone Lombardi LLC, where she provides compassionate and strategic representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and restraining orders. She is committed to guiding clients through challenging transitions with clarity and care, fostering strong attorney-client relationships built on trust and respect.
Madison is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where she served in leadership roles with the Legal Association of Women and the Legal Association Against Sexual Exploitation, and was an active member of OUTLaw. Her academic work reflects her deep commitment to advocacy within marginalized communities—she authored a thesis on intimate partner violence within the LGBTQIA+ community and completed over 100 hours of pro bono service during law school.
Prior to joining Assalone Lombardi LLC, Madison gained extensive experience through internships with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, including the Special Victims Unit, and as a Rule 9 certified intern in Courtroom 9. She also worked with South Coast Youth Courts, managing diversion programs and designing preventive initiatives for at-risk youth. Her background includes work with the International Association of Women Judges, where she contributed to global efforts addressing gender-based violence and human trafficking.
Madison is passionate about advocating for LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected. She approaches every case with empathy, diligence, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
Outside of the office, Madison enjoys hiking with her dogs and cherishing every moment of free time with her long-term partner. Whether reading books together, playing games, or spending time with friends, she values connection and balance in her personal life.
