Kelsey Gauthier joined Assalone Lombardi, LLC in June 2023 as our Firm Administrator, bringing a strong blend of leadership, organization, and client-focused support to the firm’s family law practice. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master’s Degree in Public Administration Bridgewater State University, where she developed a passion for public service and effective problem-solving—skills she now uses to help guide families through some of life’s most challenging moments.
In her role, Kelsey oversees the daily administration of the firm, ensuring that clients experience smooth communication, timely coordination, and a supportive environment. She is dedicated to maintaining the high standards that define Assalone Lombardi’s work in family law, from intake through resolution.
Outside the office, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and their dogs. She also enjoys regularly practicing kickboxing, a discipline that helps her stay focused, energized, and ready to meet the demands of a busy family law practice.
