As an Operations Manager for Assalone & Associates, Kathleen is always looking for ways to help the office run more efficiently, to the benefit of all our clients.
Kathleen treats every client as if they were family. This means being understanding and empathetic to each situation, and providing the best possible service. She always strives to communicate effectively, and keep everyone on the same page throughout the process.
Kathleen is a Rhode Island native, growing up in Cranston. She graduated from East Cranston High School, and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island.
She is a major advocate for, and is involved in, community events and activities supporting the growth and wellbeing of individuals with special needs.
Kathleen is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and traveling to new places.
