Kassandra grew up here in East Greenwich, Rhode Island and later began her academic journey at St. Mary Academy Bayview in East Providence, Rhode Island. Her academic journey continued at Champlain College in Burlington, VT, where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Law. Kassandra McDonald recently received her Juris Doctorate in Raleigh, North Carolina from Campbell University School of Law where she developed a strong foundation in family law, litigation, and client advocacy.
Kassandra brings practical legal experience through her work as a Law Clerk in Rhode Island and previously in North Carolina where she was a part of her law school’s trial advocacy team, acted as a certified legal intern representing pro bono clients at her law school’s Family Law Clinic, and was a law clerk for a private practice family law firm. In these roles, she handled a wide range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, and restraining orders. Kassandra has an extensive background conducting complex legal research and working closely with clients to navigate emotionally complex cases with professionalism and empathy.
Known for her organization, interpersonal insight, and commitment to justice, Kassandra is dedicated to advocating for clients with integrity and precision. She was sworn into the Rhode Island Bar Association in 2025 and is excited to contribute to a dynamic legal team as a motivated and client-focused associate.
